The last week of term has been absolutley amazing! It has been filled with lots of fantastic Numeracy where we used lots of different methods to solve addition sums - numicon, base ten, number squares, number lines and even counting on in our head!
We became authors Literacy and wrote our very own stories. These are outstanding - we are very excited to read them to all our friends after the holidays and put them in our class library.
In Topic this week we learnt all about the body and discovered that we could name so many different parts. We drew around our friends bodies on the floor and had to label all the different parts. Then we practiced drawing people remembering to draw all of these features! People look very silly without a neck!
Please look at our video and slide show this week and watch how the Hub worked together as a team to build The Hub Falls! Oliver drew up his very own project plans at home and we decided to make it in garden school! We are very impressed with how well it turned out and can't wait to see other children enjoy it too!
Have an amazing half term and a very happy Easter!
See you soon!
